The number one starting point for any business small or large should be a business plan.

This 3-hour beginner’s workshop will show you how to build the perfect business plan, and teach you the need-to-knows of market research, marketing, financials, and more. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur with a specific business idea, or if you have been operating your business for a few years but have not yet written a business plan, this workshop is for you!

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Identify the components of a good business plan that will help you move forward with confidence
  • Use the tools available to conduct informative market research
  • Explain why a business plan is important

Don’t forget your laptop! As part of this interactive workshop, we will be providing you with downloadable business planning templates and tools to guide you through the process. If you don’t have a laptop, not to worry – you can still follow along with a notebook.
