Description

In 2008, The Back Office Cooperative was founded by a group of Chicago non-profits to maximize buying power in reducing expenses in procurement and supplier management costs.

This online seminar will outline the concept of the Back Office Co-operative and discuss how small businesses can use the co-op model to share administrative costs, bookkeeping, marketing and procurement services to save time and money, and allow the business owner can focus on the core of their business.

Join host, Trista Pewapisconias, a proud member of Little Pine First Nation and Indigenous Engagement Lead for Co-operatives First, to explore how business owners can save costs and scale their businesses by working together using the co-operative business structure.
