Government of Canada Extends Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF)
Businesses who did not qualify for CEBA may apply for the RRRF until March 31, 2021 for an interest-free repayable loan of up to $60,000 – $1 million. Businesses in urban centres can apply to RRRF directly with Western Economic Diversification. Rural-based businesses should apply through Comunity Futures Saskatchewan. And women-led businesses in Saskatchewan can apply through Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan (WESK). Tourism and hospitality businesses are encouraged to apply for the new Highly Affected Sectors Credit Availability Program (HASCAP), rent and wage subsidies and then RRRF to maximize their supports.
